Do I need to stay for the grooming appointment?
You will drop your dog off for their grooming appointment. Once the groom is complete you will receive a text message. All dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of notification, unless other arraignments have been made prior to the groom.
What all is included in the groom?
The Basic Package includes a bath, dry, brush, ear cleaning, nails, paw pads and sanitary trim.
The following packages include the services listed above in the Basic Package.
A Tidy Up Package also includes trimming of the dog's face, feet and tail.
A Haircut Package includes a full body haircut.
The Double Coated/De-Shed Package includes a blow out as well as extra brushing for the undercoat.

Does my dog have to be put in a kennel?
Dogs are placed in a kennel when not actively being groomed. We have multiple dogs in the salon each day. For each dogs safety they are kenneled. Dogs are not allowed contact with each other if not from the same household.
